Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your UPS tracking details for Domestic orders. Be sure to check your spam folder as the emails may have redirected there.
All orders will ship by the estimated shipping date listed on the product page, in checkout, and in your order confirmation. Please note, if you add multiple products to an order they may have different shipping dates.
Purchasing expedited shipping at checkout will expedite the item once it is ready to ship, not the ship by date that is displayed.
Once an order has shipped, Jennifer Zeuner Jewelry is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or the service policies of our carriers. Your order may arrive earlier than expected due to shorter than anticipated transit time(s).
We schedule our packages to ship in accordance with the delivery date selected, based on the standard arrival window provided by UPS, FedEx or USPS.Delays may also occur due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Jennifer Zeuner Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you refuse a shipment from jenniferzeuner.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

To cancel your order, please email hello@jenniferzeuner.com or call us at 561-218-6642. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Personalized items can not be canceled.

A limit of one discount can be applied to each order.
Discounts cannot be added after an order has been placed.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with no hidden or late fees. Checking eligibility has no impact on your credit. No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

What is Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments by Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
Where can I use Installments by Afterpay?
Installments by Afterpay can only be applied to purchases made on jenniferzeuner.com.
Can I use Installments by Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Installments by Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address within the US and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment
at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.
You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee, and an additional $8 fee if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order amount.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return your collection piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. All sale, personalized, and special order items are final sale. The cost of the return label will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your order, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Once we initiate a refund, you will receive an email to update you.
Due to the demand for certain styles, the best way to exchange jewelry is to place a new order for your desired piece. You can return your jewelry from your original order via our returns portal linked here within 14 days of delivery.
Once you place your new order, send us an email to hello@jenniferzeuner.com with your new order number and we will happily refund you the cost for shipping on the return.
Warranty
Jennifer Zeuner pieces are covered by our six-month warranty. This warranty covers tarnishing issues, as well as repairing or replacing broken chains. Please note thatloss,general wear and tear, scratches, dents, and misuse are not covered under the warranty. After six months, your piece can be repaired for a minimal fee. Any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us and we will not be able to repair your piece after it has been altered by an outside jeweler. Please click here to request a repair.
Once we receive your item, it will take about 3-4 weeks for your item to be repaired. We will let you know when we receive your item, as well as when it is on its way back to you.
We don’t recommend having our pieces worked on by outside jewelers, as this would void your warranty, and not allow you to get a replacement if there was a defect.
If you would like the chain to be longer, please let us know in the special instructions tab what length you would like it to be or email us at hello@jenniferzeuner.com and we can change it for you! Please note, it may take up to six weeks to custom size your piece.
If you would like a piece that you own resized, please email us at hello@jenniferzeuner.com. If the resizing is within our warranty period of 6 months, we can accommodate your request free of charge. After the 6 month warranty period, your piece can be resized for a small fee.

Jewelry can last you a lifetime. Here are 6 quick tips to ensure that every piece stays looking brand new!
1. Avoid direct contact with perfume or other sprays
2. Remove your jewelry when showering, swimming or exercising
3. Jewelry should not be placed in water for an extended period of time
4. Do not throw or drop jewelry onto hard surfaces
5. To clean, polish with a soft dry cloth, preferably a jewelry cloth
6. Jewelry should be stored in the original bags with chain hanging separately to prevent tangled chains and scratched surfaces

Versatile and timeless, sterling silver is a lightweight and durable alloy metal. Ours is stamped with 925, indicating its percentage of pure silver.
Similar to gold-plating, vermeil is sterling silver dipped with a thicker layer of gold—2.5 microns. Our vermeil pieces are extra durable and shiny.
Gold-plating is a sterling silver base dipped in 0.5 microns of gold. We cast earrings and other pieces in it to mimic the luster of solid gold.

Stainless steel is an alloy of steel with chromium and sometimes another element (such as nickel) that is practically immune to rusting.
Sterling silver, like gold in its pure stage is very soft and in order to make it into jewelry, needs to be alloyed with other materials. Normally the metal used to alloy with silver is copper, and both of these metals will easily have a chemical reaction (tarnish) to sulfur. For an item to be classified as "sterling" it will need to contain 92.5% pure silver. Sulfur is present in many things such as exhaust fumes, medication, foodstuffs, etc.; therefore, even sweat may cause silver jewelry to discolor. To solve this tarnishing problem, clean your jewelry regularly, removing any deposits that may be detrimental to it.
Gifting
Yes! At checkout, there is a section where you can add a gift note that will be printed on the packing slip. It will appear exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors.
