Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your UPS tracking details for Domestic orders. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship DHL, USPS, and or UPS internationally. We offer free postal international shipping, the charge to ship expedited internationally is $36. Shipping time depends on the carrier and final destination, usually taking between 7-20 business days for ground and 3-5 business days for expedited shipments. During checkout, the option will appear to select international shipping. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. A: For $25.50 your order can be shipped overnight once it is in stock. Expedited orders placed before 3 PM Easten Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day, pending availbility. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. For custom orders, once your order is ready it will be sent to you overnight via UPS.
