This personalized necklace for my mom was absolutely perfect! She loves it!

The wife couldn’t be happier with this necklace, there was a delay in receiving it after I ordered and after reaching out to their customer service they were kind enough to communicate to production to expedite In Time for Christmas .

Ordered the Mercer Personalized Necklace as a push present - absolutely loved it and wore it daily! Unfortunately, I caught the chain in the hem of a shirt and one of the links broke. I reached out through the website about a repair not expecting much. Not only did they offer to repair it at no cost, they sent me a return label to ship it, and completed the repair and have returned to me in less than 2 weeks (despite the pandemic)! Can’t wait to be wearing my favorite necklace again - 10/10 would recommend!
