What is Your Warranty Policy?
Jennifer Zeuner pieces are covered by our six-month warranty. This warranty covers tarnishing issues, as well as repairing or replacing broken chains.
Please note that loss, general wear and tear, scratches, dents, and misuse are not covered under the warranty.
After six months, your piece can be repaired for a minimal fee. Any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us and we will not be able to repair your piece after it has been altered by an outside jeweler.

How Do I Care For My Jewelry?
Jewelry can last you a lifetime. Here are 6 quick tips to ensure that every piece stays looking brand new:
1. Avoid direct contact with perfume or other sprays
2. Remove your jewelry when showering, swimming or exercising
3. Jewelry should not be placed in water for an extended period of time
4. Do not throw or drop jewelry onto hard surfaces
5. To clean, polish with a soft dry cloth, preferably a jewelry cloth
6. Jewelry should be stored in the original bags with chain hanging separately to prevent tangled chains and scratched surfaces
What is Gold Vermeil?
Similar to gold-plating*, vermeil is sterling silver dipped with a thicker layer of gold—2.5 microns. Our vermeil pieces are extra durable and shiny.
* 14K Gold Plating: Gold-plating is a sterling silver base dipped in 0.5 microns of gold. We cast earrings and other pieces in it to mimic the luster of solid gold.
How Do I Make My Order a Gift?

Shipping
We ship UPS, USPS, and Fedex
The estimated shipping timelines are listed below:
US
Ground: 3-5 business days
Expedited: 2 Day Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight: 1 business day
International
Ground: 7-20 business days
Expedited: 3-5 business days
Processing Time
All orders will ship by the estimated shipping date listed on the product page, in checkout, and in your order confirmation. Please note, if you add multiple products to an order they may have different shipping dates.
Purchasing expedited shipping at checkout will expedite the item once it is ready to ship, not the ship by date that is displayed.
Insured Over $500
All orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery and have complimentary insurance included.
Returns
Return Policy
You can return your collection piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
All sale, personalized, and special order items are final sale. The cost of the return label will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Credits
To make a return, please click here to request a return authorization. You must do this prior to shipping your item(s) back.
Once we receive your order, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Once we initiate a refund, you will receive an email to update you.
Please note, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Due to the demand for certain styles, the best way to exchange jewelry is to place a new order for your desired piece. You can return your jewelry from your original order via our returns portal linked here within 14 days of delivery.
Once you place your new order, send us an email to hello@jenniferzeuner.com with your new order number and we will happily refund you the cost for shipping on the return.
